Online Process To Update Address in SBI Credit Card
1. Through the website
The simplest way to update your address is by logging into your SBI Card account on their website.
- Click on My Profile
- Click on the Address tab and click Edit
- Update your home or office address. Generate OTP
- Enter the OTP on your registered mobile number. Click Submit to proceed
2. Through the SBI app
Much like the website, updating the address and other contact information in your SBI credit card account is a breeze through the SBI Card app. Go to the app and follow similar steps to confirm your new home or office address. 3. Via email
SBI Card has a proactive email support team that will help you with any modifications to your account if needed. Write an email with your updated address and a self-attested soft copy of the relevant KYC document to addressproof@sbicard.com.
Offline Process To Update Address in SBI Credit Card
Courier
If you are unable to update your address on SBI Card’s online portals or through email, you can choose to send it to the company via courier route. Ensure that you send the self-attested KYC document copy and a filled Address Change Declaration form to this address:

List of Documents Required to Change Address in SBI Credit Card (For Indian Citizens)
- Passport
- Voter’s Identity Card (both sides)
- Driving License (both sides)
- Copy of Masked Aadhaar/ Virtual ID Card (mask first 8-digits of Aadhaar Number)
- Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
- Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name and address
- Utility bill not more than two months old of any service provider (electricity, telephone, postpaid mobile phone, piped gas, water bill)
- Property or Municipal Tax receipt
- Pension or family pension payment orders (PPOs) issued to retired employees by government departments or Public-Sector Undertakings, if they contain the address
- Letter of allotment of accommodation from employer issued by State or Central Government departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, public sector undertakings, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions, and listed companies.
